1. Press
OPEN or PREVIEW to see all the saved patterns
and choose the one in need;
2. Press COPY, CUT or DELETE to editor the patterns
3. Press ZOOM IN or OUT to adjust the patterns
to suitable sizes from 50% to 200%; and PREVIEW
the size of embroidery
4. Press GROUP to join several patterns together
into a new pattern;
5. Press AUTO-REPEAT to let it repeat embroidering,
maximum 81 times;
6. Press the number key when the machine halted
to change the thread color;
If PRESET, all colors can be automatically changed
to 99 times;
7. Press REVOLVE the pattern up, down, left
or right and then REVERSE each to get 8 different
styles; the patterns can also be turned from
1 to 360 degrees.
•Embroidery
skills:
1. Taping
Adding tapes manually while IDLING the heads.
2. Compensating
All heads can automatically or manually move
(back) to the beginning point of the pattern
whenever the pattern is finished or not.
The machine will start to embroidery at any
new beginning points under controlling.
If we PRESET, the head will automatically move
back 1-5 needles to continue;
Start only one head by press the switch to middle;
Move back the frame to needle numbers preset
or from one color to another;
If this happens when embroidering a GROUP pattern,
the frame can only move back to the beginning
of each unit patterns.
3. Idling
How to move the frame to continue or compensate
the stitches?
a) Quick idling:
Start the machine after this function chose;
The shown figures of stitches (needles) will
be increasing on the screen;
Press STOP when the missed stitch number shows;
The frame will move directly (back) to the position
of the figure and continue to embroider.
b) Slow idling:
Start the machine after this function chose;
The frame will move stitch by stitch (back)
to the beginning of missed stitched to continue
embroidering.
c) Manual idling:
Press the MANUAL IDLE key;
If the indication light is on, the frame will
move 0.20mm per minute;
If the indication light is off, the frame will
move 0.10mm per minute;
While moving, the stitch numbers can be read
on the screen.
